Custom Orders + Deposit Policy

All custom T-shirt orders require a non-refundable deposit before any work begins. This deposit covers the time, design work, setup, and materials required to start your project. Your deposit is applied toward your final total, and the remaining balance will be due before production is completed.

Because every custom order involves labor and material preparation upfront, deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Custom Order Deposit Rates

Deposits are based on order size:

• 1–10 shirts — $25 deposit
• 11–25 shirts — $50 deposit
• 26–50 shirts — $75 deposit
• 51–100 shirts — $100 deposit
• 100+ shirts — $150 deposit

Once your deposit is submitted, we begin working on your design, sizing, and material preparation. You will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance before your order goes into full production.
